Details of Representation

Add a new site and policy, for Land South of Bucklesham Road, adjacent to the A14/A12 Junction.

Proposed as meeting a need for B8 employment use while avoiding the negative consequences of using land at Innocence Farm.  It is a once-in-a-generation opportunity to benefit from Government funding for improvements to the A14/A12 junction.  The land has enourmous potential that should be recognised by the Local Plan, given a national presumption in favour of development.  The full potential of this large site could not be unlocked otherwise by access from Bucklesham Road.  It would also meet a possible need by the Sizewell C project.

Please set out what change(s) you consider necessary to make the Local Plan legally compliant or sound

See attachment.
